The first edition of Write & Wrong, published months after Marthy Johnson edited my first novel, gave me the illusion that I was entitled to a percentage. It read like my grammatical obituary.  Since then, she has editied two more book manuscripts for me, a sceenplay and many magazine articles.  My manuscripts still bleed red ink, but tourniquites are no longer needed.

If you'd rather spend more time telling your story than rummaging through stylebooks, use Write & Wrong.  It is packed with useful information for writers.  Besides, it's got humor.
